Nicholson Media (the "Company") operates the website www.Nicholson-Media.com, as well as any other related services that refer to these legal terms.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (the “Writer”) and the company, concerning your use of the available services.
 

• The Writer agrees to these terms and conditions upon ordering, submitting their material and/or scheduling the Services for the predetermined rates. There are no refunds. 

• The Writer retains the rights to their submitted materials. 

• Nicholson Media’s creative suggestions and notes about the Writer’s submission are provided during consultation services and the Writer is free to use the suggestions as desired. Nicholson Media holds no claim over creative suggestions offered as part of the services. 

• Nicholson Media does not procure employment for writers or promise connections to employers in the entertainment industry.

• The parties agree to resolve any disputes through mediation.
